The Phillipi Home operated by Eunice and Allan Phillipi has been serving children and young adults with disabilities for over 30 years. The home is operated under Make It Light charities.
Located on 5 acres in Troutdale Oregon the home serves 6 people with disabilities including two people with medical fragility. The “farm” provides ample space for the children to whoop it up without disruption to the neighbors. A large play yard with clear visual boundaries provides a safe place for children to explore and exercise during the warm days of summer.
